These Terms govern your use of SwipeBin (the "App") and this website. By downloading, activating, or using SwipeBin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App

SwipeBin is a macOS application that helps you review and organize files in folders you choose — keeping them, moving them, or sending them to the macOS Trash.

Free trial

SwipeBin includes a 3-day free trial with full functionality, beginning the first time you launch it. When the trial ends, the App locks until you activate a license.

Pricing and license

• SwipeBin is $3.99 USD, a one-time payment for a lifetime license. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
• Your purchase includes all future updates to SwipeBin.
• You receive a single-use license key that activates the App on one Mac. The same Mac may reinstall and re-activate freely; activating a different Mac requires a new license (contact us if you need to transfer it).
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• We may change pricing for future purchases, but the price you paid for your lifetime license will not change.

License terms

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SwipeBin on one Mac for as long as you comply with these Terms. You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key or the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing or activation; or
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Refunds

The free trial lets you fully evaluate SwipeBin before buying. If you are not satisfied, email vinnyngbusiness@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a refund and deactivate the license.

Your files and data

SwipeBin operates on the folders you select. Deleting moves files to the macOS Trash, where you can recover them until you empty it, and the App offers undo for recent actions. You are responsible for your files and for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for any data loss.

Disclaimer of warranty

SwipeBin is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeBin and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Third-party services

License activation and key delivery rely on third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel), whose availability we do not guarantee. Daily use of SwipeBin works offline after activation.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
